A booking, step by step

    The customer asked for a slot. The worker has a set time to answer.

    Accepted

    Contact details are revealed to both sides. Chat, calls and directions open.

    Job day

    The worker enters the customer's start code on arrival.

    Completed

    Both confirm. Online escrow, if any, is released to the worker.

    Reviewed

    Reviews and tips. A dispute window stays open for a short time.

    Expired or cancelled

    Unanswered requests expire. Cancellations follow the rules on the Rules page.
