The Hi Partner name, the Partner name, the hexagon logo, the app, the website, the designs, text, illustrations, voices and code are owned by ChronoSpark Solutions and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. © 2026 ChronoSpark Solutions. All rights reserved. Nothing here grants a licence to copy, modify, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer them beyond what the law allows.
2Your content
Photos, listings, profile text, reviews and messages you upload remain yours. By uploading them you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, moderate, display and translate them inside the service for as long as they are on the platform, and for the retention periods our policies set. You confirm you have the right to upload what you post.
3Open-source and third-party components
The app and the site use open-source software under their own licences, listed in the app's Settings → About. The neural voices for Telugu, Tamil and Kannada derive from Meta's MMS models under the CC BY-NC 4.0 licence; those for English, Hindi and Malayalam from the Piper project under the MIT licence.
4Reporting infringement
If content on Hi Partner infringes your copyright or trademark, write to grievance@hipartner.online with the link or reference, proof of your right, and a statement of good faith. We act on complete notices within the IT Rules, 2021 timelines and tell the uploader, who may respond.
5Using our marks
You may refer to Hi Partner by name to describe your own use of it. Do not use the logo or the name in a way that suggests endorsement, and do not register confusingly similar names or domains. For press and partnership use of the marks, write to support@hipartner.online.
