Money
What does Hi Partner charge?+
Nothing on your earnings. Revenue comes from labelled ads with ₹0 platform fee. Payments and escrow are provided purely for trust and security.
Do I have to pay in advance?+
No. Meet & Collect is the default. An online advance is optional and available only with Trusted workers.
How do workers get paid?+
In person by cash or their own UPI, or through escrow released to their wallet after completion. Tips go 100% to the worker.
Is there a subscription for workers?+
No. There are no subscriptions, paid bids or ranking fees.
Privacy and safety
Is my phone number public?+
No. It is shared with the other party only after a booking is accepted.
How are profiles verified?+
Phone or email is always verified. ID verification, Verified Owner and Insured are optional checks that earn badges.
What is SOS?+
A button during active jobs that alerts your chosen contacts with your location.
Can I delete my account and data?+
Yes, from the app or from this website's account deletion page. Legal records are kept only as long as the law requires.
Bookings
What is the start code?+
A code the customer gives the worker on arrival. It proves the visit happened.
What if the worker does not answer?+
Requests expire automatically and you can send the request to other nearby workers.
How do cancellations work?+
Cancel from the booking with a reason. Late or repeated cancellations affect ranking and the Trusted tier.
How are disputes handled?+
Open a dispute from the booking. Support acknowledges within 24 hours and resolves within 15 days.
The app
Which languages does it speak?+
English, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi, including notifications and the Partner voice.
Does it work offline?+
Recent data, queued messages and downloaded voices work without a signal. Payments and new bookings need a connection.
Which phones are supported?+
Android 7.0 and newer. An iOS version is planned.
Why is the app small?+
Fonts for each script, AI voices and the offline rules pack are downloaded only when needed.
