- Theme preference (light, dark or system) and the language you chose, stored in your browser's local storage. Strictly necessary for the site to look and read the way you set it; no consent banner is needed and none is shown.
- The admin console, used by staff only, sets a session cookie to keep them signed in; it is not set for visitors.
- No cookies from advertising networks, social plug-ins or analytics vendors are set. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
2In the app
- Sign-in tokens in the device's secure keystore.
- Settings, cached data for offline use, downloaded voices and fonts, and queued messages, all on the device and removable by clearing the app's storage or deleting the account.
- A device token for push notifications, which you can revoke by turning notifications off.
- Crash reports, sent only with your consent, containing technical details and no message content.
3Advertising
Advertising inside the app is contextual: it is chosen by zone and language, needs no profile of you, and is always labelled. Personalised advertising is used only if you opt in from Profile → Privacy, and you can opt out at any time.
4Your choices
Clear your browser's site data to remove the website's preferences. In the app, Profile → Privacy lists every consent and lets you withdraw each one. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honoured because we do not track in the first place.
