Phone, skills, rate, location — that is all a first profile needs. Here is each step, what customers see, and the three things that get you booked faster.

You can register from the Android app or from the website at hipartner.online/join/worker. Both ask the same four things and both end with a public profile link you can share on WhatsApp the same day.
Step by step
- Enter your mobile number and the OTP you receive — this becomes your verified phone.
- Pick your skills from the grid (electrician, plumber, mason, driver…) and years of experience for each.
- Set your daily rate range. You can change it any time; there is no commission on top.
- Drop the pin on your home or work area and choose how far you will travel (1–50 km).
- Optional but powerful: a clear face photo, an Aadhaar or PAN check for the Verified badge, and three photos of past work.
What customers see
Your name, skills, rate, rating and badges — never your phone number. Numbers are shared only after a customer's booking is accepted, so you decide who can call you. Your public page lives at hipartner.online/w/your-name and works even for people without the app.
Getting booked faster
Three things matter more than anything else in the first month: reply to requests quickly, ask every customer for a rating, and switch on the Availability Pulse when you are free to work today. Workers who do all three are usually booked within the first week.
